Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game "Cheeky Cards" ("Game") created by Kachuliak Ivan ("Developer", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Game.

2. Age Restriction

The Game is intended for users who are 17 years of age or older. By using the Game, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Usage Restrictions

You may only use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the Game for any commercial purposes or in any manner that is not explicitly authorized by these Terms.

4. Modification and Distribution

You are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, or creating derivative works based on the Game. Any unauthorized use of the Game is strictly prohibited.

5. In-App Purchases

The Game may offer subscription-based services or other in-app purchases. All purchases are non-refundable and are governed by the terms specified in the app store where the Game is downloaded (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

If you obtain the Game from the Apple App Store, your use of the Game is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

6. User Account

You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the Game. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

7. User Conduct

When using the Game, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Use the Game to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game or its related systems
• Use any automated system to access the Game
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Game

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Game, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of the Developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Developer is not responsible for any actions taken by users within or outside of the Game. Users are solely responsible for their actions while using the Game, including but not limited to interactions with other players and any consequences arising from those interactions. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or legal issues resulting from your use of the Game.

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Third-Party Services

The Game may integrate with third-party services such as social media platforms, payment processors, and analytics services. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ukraine.
